order) in the full amount would be required
to be in
our hands before check-in.
All monies to be made payable to Hink
Holdings LLC.
4. This property is our home away from home -
it will
welcome you - and we trust that it will be
treated with
the respect that you would give your own.
5. We are located in a residential neighborhood
- and
neighbors are to be respected
also.... come to
play - but be aware that should the rules
of personal
behavior not be observed, the proper
authorities will
notified. (note: one of the local law
enforcement
lives two doors away)
6. Should you be interested and need more
information
let me know and it will be sent
immediately.
7. The house will be clean and ready for guests
when you
arrive and exit maid service is part of the
package.
